Comment

Momentum compaction factor is reduced by negative dispersion in the centre bends of the TBA arcs in order to provide bunches of about 8 ps rms at a beam current of 50 mA. Some positive dispersion in the short and medium straights was required for matching. Sextupole family SE was switched off to get the lowest possible value of alpha-2.
